What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellation will only be accepted for the 3 Days of Fashion event. There is a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations before June 11, 2007, will receive a refund in the amount of $200. No refunds will be made after June 11, 2007.
The tickets for the Debut Party event are non-refundable.
How do I cancel a reservation?
Cancellations will only be accepted for the 3 Days of Fashion event and can be made by contacting the FIDM Special Events Department at 1.800.262.3436.
Will I receive tickets in the mail?
FIDMEvents.com is an online reservation service only. No tickets will be mailed, but you must have a reservation to attend an event at FIDM. Your payment confirmation/email is your receipt. We recommend that you print one for your records. You will check-in at the event and may be required to show your receipt.
How do I use a promotional code or coupon?
If you have been issued a promotional code or coupon by a representative of FIDM, you will be asked to enter it during the check-out process.
